When your customer asks can you move the airing cupboard tank and pipework into the loft to make the bathroom bigger. ( vanity unit is where the tank and airing cupboard use to be)
All structural supports and reinforced walls added to meet regulation for weight.
All pipework hidden in the wall for a seamless transition.

New combination boiler installed converted from a conventional boiler.
We quoted to replace the boiler next door but didn’t get it due to cost this has since been fitted illegally with the flue too close to an openable window. It has also been installed badly with out the brick work being corrected.

Boiler installed neatly so boxing can be built around pipes
Plume management kit fitted to meet the legal clearances from a window
Filters installed in an accessible position in the cupboard below.
Kitchen floor dug up and made good and correct size gas pipe installed.
Correct brick match.
All making good carried out so only decoration required.

We have recently completed this bathroom update for some older customers of ours who are not as mobile as they used to be. We have fitted a low level access bath and a low Level shower with fold down seat. The customer chose tiles to match the existing room and decor which we have seamlessly fitted to tie into the existing bathroom so the room flows as one

Our customer wanted their new boiler to be installed In the loft.
The bathroom needs remodelling and houses the original airing cupboard.
It was on there wish list to also move the hot water tank to gain that space. The problem was the water pressure is so low we had no option but to fit a traditional tank fed system.
We created Mission Control with everything in the loft.
Spreading the load over a load bearing wall to take the weight.
