Don't go to Vines if you want a cheap bathroom installed in a hurry by someone who'll unquestioningly do what you ask them to do. Do go to Vines if you want a thorough job, with high-quality fixtures, installed by competent and courteous tradesmen who don't treat your home as 'the site'. Ben Vine, the plumber and project manager, exceeded all our expectations. The job proved massively more complex than we'd expected because of hidden problems in our 40-year-old drainage system, but Ben was an excellent and patient communicator who kept us fully informed throughout. He discussed all our ideas with us as they arose, offering his expert opinion on the practicality and desirability of what we thought we wanted, as well as making suggestions about how we could incorporate aesthetic and practical features that we hadn't thought of. Ben always removed his shoes at the door before spreading his dustsheet up the stairs, and left the bathroom clean and tidy every evening. He visited the house to check that every other tradesman whom he'd commissioned to work for us was doing what they'd been asked to do, and we were happy to leave the project in his hands. There just aren't enough stars to award Ben and his fantastic team! Ben completely remodeled, designed and installed a new bathroom. I can't overstate the difference it has made to my family. Ben also installed an up to date gas boiler and radiators throughout the house. This was a huge job, Ben and his team kept the disruption to a minimum. The work was completed to the highest standard, Ben has a keen eye for detail and will never cut corners. His communication is excellent, answering messages quickly and thoroughly. Lastly, if you are a dog owner your pooches are in for a treat....Ben will rapidly become their new best friend!! Ben did an amazing job installing two bathrooms for us, including re-positioning our toilet as well as installing a new boiler. Everything was finished to an incredible standard and we are delighted with the finished bathrooms.
